Extra Details:: Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein-4 (MCP-4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines. Like eotaxin, MCP-4 is a powerful eosinophil chemoattractant. Additionally, like MCP-3, MCP-4 elicits chemoattraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1-2ug/ml (100ul/well). Use as capture antibody in sandwich FLISA. Neutralization: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
