Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. MCM2 (Mini chromosome maintenance protein-2), is a protein involved in the control of DNA replication. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:500-1:1000, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200 Note: Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections (0.01M cutrate buffer, pH 6.0). Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
