Extra Details:: Lymphocyte antigen 6 complex, locus G (Ly-6G), a 21-25kD GPI-anchored protein, is expressed on the majority of myeloid cells in the bone marrow and granulocytes in the periphery. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
