Extra Details:: May play a role in the phosphorylation of proteins central to Parkinson disease. Phosphorylates PRDX3. May also have GTPase activity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Peptide): 1:64,000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml using human brain Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1-2ug/ml using human brain (hippocampus). Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 Immunocytochemistry: human neurons Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
