- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: detected LKB1 in RIPA lysates from Rat2 cells. Rat2 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with L3185-03 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. *Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
