- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: detected LKB1 in RIPA lysates from Rat2 cells. Rat2 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with L3185-03 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: detected LKB1 in transfected Cos-7 cells fixed with 3-7% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. *Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
