Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (formalin-fixed paraffin sections). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry/Confocal Microscopy: 1:2000. Western Blot: 1:1000. 80 and 60kD band pattern observed. Sufficent for 10 immunoblots. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Note: Epitope is located on the intracellular side of the plasma membrane. Therefore, when performing studies on whole cells, permeabilization of the cells is required for the antibody to enter the cytosol. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
