Extra Details:: Leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4 hydrolase) has been cloned from a variety of species including human, rat, and guinea pig. These species exhibit ~90% homology at the amino acid level. Human LTA4 hydrolase has a calculated molecular mass of 69kD based on the deduced amino acid sequence. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:200 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:40. Requires HIER with citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
