Extra Details:: GP63 is a 477 amino acid, ~63kD, highly conserved protein which is found at high density on many Leishmania species. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:1000 ELISA: 1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63Ag.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
