- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with 200ul sterile PBS.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/mL of total cell protein (~10e7 cells). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
