Extra Details:: The binding of the antibody to human laminin is not inhibited by the laminin-pentapeptide Tyr-Ile-Gly-Ser-Arg (3). The staining of laminin was tested on a number of materials including human lung fibroblasts (IMR 90) and human skeletal muscle tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
