Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Radioimmunoassay, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): ≥1:500. Use Immunoperoxidase technique on fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse tissues (skin, liver) ELISA: ≥1:200 (OD ≥ 500) Immunofluorescence: ≥1:80 (Frozen mouse skin and liver tissues). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-40D: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-40M: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-41: IgG, X-Adsorbed (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-46N: IgG, H&L (FITC) Pab Gt x Rb Positive Control: Mouse skin or liver Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
