Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected Lamin A/C in 20ug of RIPA lysates from A431 cells. Immunocytochemistry: reported by an independent laboratory to detect Lamin A/C in human endothelial cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Included Positive Antigen Control: Non-stimulated A431 lysate. Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate/lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
