Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NSI myeloma cell line.
