Extra Details:
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Murine lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) is a 70kD activation-induced cell surface molecule that is also referred to as CD223. Murine CD223 is expressed on activated CD4 positive and CD8 positive alpha/beta T lymphocytes and a subset of natural killer (NK) cells. CD223 binds to MHC class II molecules with high affinity and is reported to negatively regulate T cell homeostasis and T cell expansion. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Lewis rats. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
