- KIR2DL3 is a member of the killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor(KIR) family. The KIR family consists of transmembrane glycoproteins of the Ig superfamily expressed on human NK cells and a subset of human T cells which they are involved in recognition of either MHC class I molecules or unknown ligand on target cells and inhibit cytotoxic activities (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:500 when tested against the immunizing protein Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
