Extra Details:: KIR2D family members are cell surface glycoproteins with two Ig domains, which are expressed on natural killer cells and some T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, FLISA. Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5. Use 10ul of the optimal working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R3: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (FITC) Source: Tissue culture supernatant Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
