Extra Details:: KIR2D family members are cell surface glycoproteins with two Ig domains, which are expressed on natural killer cells and some T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA. Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
