Extra Details:
Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Neutralization, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA (Indirect): 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well antibody solution. When used in conjunction with the compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit is of 0.2-0.4ng/well. FLISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well antibody solution. When used in conjunction with K1000A, as a detection antibody, the detection limit is of 0.2-0.4ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 0.5ug/ml, overnight at 4°C. This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of normal human skin. An HRP-labeled polymerdetection system was used with a non-alcohol soluble AEC chromogen and a proteinase K antigen retrieval. Neutralization: 0.56-0.85ug/ml, to yeild one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hKGF (25ng/ml). Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
