- Extra Details:
- KC, also known as CXCL1, is expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells. KC is involved in neutrophil chemotaxis and activation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-40P IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (HRP) PabGt xRb I1904-40AIgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) PabGt xRb Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
