Extra Details:: Kallikrein 9 is a secreted protein with function unknown. Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for recombinant human KLK9 is ~25ng/lane and 10ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml to immunoprecipitate recombinant human KLK9 from conditioned cell culture medium. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
