- IL22, a homolog of IL10, is secreted by T cells and binds to and signals through the class II cytokine receptor family (CRF) heterodimer IL22RA /IL10RB. IL22 induces the production of acute-phase reactants. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:50,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:150 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human spleen Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
