Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Direct ELISA: 1ug/ml (using 100ul/well). Allows the detection of at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human IL-21. Sandwich ELISA: 0.25-1ug/ml used in conjunction with 143617 as the capture antibody. Allows for the detection of at least 2000-4000pg/well of recombinant human IL-21. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human IL-21 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
