Extra Details:: Interferon gamma (IFN-g) is a homodimeric cytokine produced primarily by T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells. IFN-g has many immunoregulatory and proinflammatory activities. It binds to IFN-g receptors present on virtually all cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
