Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml. Using 100ul/well allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human IL-17E. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit of recombinant human IL-17E is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
