Extra Details:: IL-17B R is the second identified receptor for the IL-17 family of cytokines. IL-17B R binds strongly to IL-17E and binds weakly to IL-17B, but does not bind IL-17, IL-17C or IL-17F. It is a transmembrane protein expressed in a wide variety of tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/mL Western Blot:1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
