- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich ELISA: 4-8ug/ml will detect 250pg/ml recombinant human IL-15 when used with Interleukin 15 (IL-15) (Biotin) (I8437-03) as the detection antibody at a concentration of 2-4ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml. The detection limit of recombinant human IL-15 is 2-4ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: C57BL/6 F1 cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
