Extra Details:: Interleukin-11 (IL-11) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which stimulates the growth and survivability of certain B cells and T cells. Human IL-11 is a 19.1kD protein containing 178 amino acid residues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 2-4ug/ml (100µl/well), Detects recombinant human IL-11 when used with I8433-03 as the detection antibody at a concentration of ~1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
