Extra Details:: IL-9 R belongs to the hematopoietin receptor superfamily and is the binding subunit of the heterodimeric IL-9 receptor complex. The other subunit is the common γ chain shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7 and IL-15. IL-9 R is expressed by T cells, neutrophils, mast cells and macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
