- Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with 500ul sterile PBS.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 2.5ug to label 10e6 cells with mouse splenocytes treated with PMA and Ca2+ ionomycin, fixed with paraformaldehyde, and permeabilized with saponin. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml detection limit for rrIL-9 is ~ 1ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
