- Interleukin 7 receptor alpha (IL-7 R alpha) is a cell surface hematopoietin receptor superfamily member that associates with the common gamma chain (IL-2 R gamma) to form a high-affinity receptor for IL-7. IL-7 R alpha was also reported to be a component of the heterodimeric receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). IL-7 R alpha is expressed in dendritic cells, monocytes and a variety of lymphoid cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 2-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
