Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Functional Assays, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Functional Assays: 0.05-0.09ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
