Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (sandwich): 4-8ug/ml (100ul/well) detects at least 100pg/ml of Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents. Western Blot: 0.2-0.4ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Human sIL-2 Receptor α is 2-4ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 1-1.5ug/ml needed to yield one-half of the maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human IL-2 sRa (10ng/ml). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
