Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Functional Assays, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml., may be used in an indirect ELISA or as the capture reagent in a sandwich ELISA with I7663-28R1 as the detection reagent and 214938 as the standard Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Functional Assays: 0.12-0.16ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
