Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Neutralization. Other applicatioins not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Useful as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse IL-2 protein levels. Biotinylated antibody should be paired with purified antibody (Cat. No. I7663-27K1) as the capture antibody, with purified recombinant mouse IL-2 as the standard. Or, conversely, unconjugated purified antibody (Cat. No. I7663-27M4) may be paired with biotinylated Ab (Cat. No. I7663-27K2) as the detection antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
