Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP Applications: FLISA: 0.5ug/ml Western Blotting: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Neutralization: 0.04-0.05ug/ml for one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-2 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
