- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml.

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml (100ul/well). The detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/well for recombinant human Interleukin 2 when used with the compatible secondary reagents. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detects human Interleukin 2. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human Interleukin 2 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 0.26-0.4ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human Interleukin 2 (0.8ng/ml) Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5ug/ml stains formalin-fixed, paraffin-embeddded sections of human breast invasive ductal carcinoma with an overnight incubation at 4ºC. Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate, pH 6.0 is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
