Extra Details:: IFN-a/b R2 belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. It complexes with IFN-a/b R1 to form the signaling receptor complex for the family of a and b IFN subtypes. By alternative splicing, IFN-a/b R2 can exist as a secreted soluble protein or as a type I membrane protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
