Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, RIA, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation: 5uL of antibody is sufficient to precipitate alpha V/beta 5 from 2.5x10e6 cells. Western Blot: 1:100, non-reduced conditions; do not use milk in the dilution buffer. Immunofluorescence: 1:100. Immunohistochemistry (Acetone Fixed): 1:40-1:80 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin Embedded): 1:200 (ABC) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
