Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Induction of Cell Aggregation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 2ug for precipitation of VLA integrins from a lysate of 10e6 cell equivalent. Flow Cytometry: 10mg/ml Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 5ug/ml Induction of cell aggregation: 10ug/ml. I7661-39K is a potent stimulator of cell aggregation tested in U937, Jurkat and human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Does not affect VLA integrin-mediated cell adhesion to matrix proteins. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
