- Extra Details:
- Integrin alpha 3, also known as CD49c and VLA-3 alpha, is a type I membrane protein that heterodimerizes with Integrin beta 1. Alpha 3 beta 1 is a cell surface adhesion molecule that functions as a receptor for laminin, fibronectin, collagen, epiregulin, thrombospondin and chondroitan sulfate proteoglycan 4. The extracellular domains of human and mouse Integrin α3 share approximately 87% amino acid sequence homology. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul per 10e6 cells in C2C12 Mouse Cell Line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
