Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Westen Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry and Inhibition of activated human lymphocyte binding to laminin, collagen IV and fibronectin. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 2ug/ml, with paraformaldehyde fixation. Western Blot: 2ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 1ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml ELISA: 0.5ug/ml Inhibition: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
