- This antibody has gained significant attention in Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) research. It is recognized as one of the most effective transport vectors for delivering pharmaceutical payloads across the BBB via receptor-mediated transcytosis. Whether you are investigating Type 2 Diabetes (T2D), metabolic disorders, or oncogenic signaling, Provides the high purity and specificity required for reproducible results. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Tyrosine Kinase Assay and Inhibition of insulin binding. May also be used as insulin-like agonist. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: IM-9 lymphocyte cells and Placenta Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
