Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide, PEG, sucrose. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O.
Extra Details:
IGF1R consists of alpha- and beta-subunits, which are disulfide-linked in a beta-alpha-alpha-beta configuration in the mature receptor. The alpha-subunit is completely extracellular, while the Beta-subunit spans the membrane and the intracellular portion has intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.1ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml for HRPO/ECL detection. Note: Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 0.5% casein, 1% PEG 4000, 1% polyvinypyrrolidone (PVP), 0.1% Tween 20, 10mM Tris/HCl, pH 7.4, 150mM sodium chloride. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: I7661-18M1: Insulin-Like Growth Factor I Receptor, phosphorylated (Tyr1316) Positive Control (IGF1R): Supplied as a lyophilized powder . Reconstitute with 200ul sterile dH2O. After complete solubilization, add 200ul SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90°C for 5 minutes. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Western Blot: 20ul/lane (mini gel) for HRP/ECL detection. Not suitable for applications with native proteins. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
