- Immunoglobulin-Like Transcript 3 (ILT3), also known as Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor subfamily B member 4 (LILRB4) and Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor 5 (LIR-5), is a type I membrane protein that functions as a receptor for class I MHC antigens. It contains cytoplasmic ITIM motifs and is involved in the down-regulation of immune responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in human PBMCs Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
