- Immunoglobulin-Like Transcript 3 (ILT3), also known as Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor subfamily B member 4 (LILRB4) and Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor 5 (LIR-5), is a type I membrane protein that functions as a receptor for class I MHC antigens. It contains cytoplasmic ITIM motifs and is involved in the down-regulation of immune responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells using Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Western Blot: 1ug/ml. Using recombinant human ILT3 under non-reducing conditions only. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
