Extra Details:: Control Peptide for I3000-04, corresponding antibody which detects total IKK alpha proteins and does not crossreact with IKK beta or IKK gamma. May react non-specifically with other proteins. Species crossreactivity: Human, mouse and rat. Predicted to react with bovine based on sequence homology. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: 1ug per 1ul of antiserum. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
