Reconstitute with 0.75ml sterile dH2O or 40-50% glycerol for long term storage. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm. Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 2.8moles FITC per mole of Goat F(ab’)2.
Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
