Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:200-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
