- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and detection of IgM antibodies and total IgM. Can also be used as labeled reagent for IgM or mu-chains detection by means of Western Blot and for passive hemagglutination. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Indirect ELISA: 5x10e-7 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgM from human serum. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
